Interactive Paper in Austria is seeking a talented Customer Success professional to shape campaigns for international brands. You will advise clients, design visuals, and ensure campaigns deliver high ROI.

Fluency in English and German, plus hands-on design experience with Adobe CC or Figma, are essential. You’ll collaborate with developers and analysts to bring strategies to life across campaigns and platforms.

In Customer Success Management at Interactive Paper, you will work with top international companies, including brands like Samsung, Pfizer, Ford, Oracle, and EY. You will be in direct contact with the marketing directors of these brands and take full responsibility for both managing and visually designing successful advertising campaigns.

We are seeking a candidate with advanced English and German proficiency, as the role primarily involves engaging with international clients and delivering high-quality creative work.

Tasks

• Client Advisory & Strategy: Advising and supporting our clients in developing and implementing marketing strategies using interactive media and digital tools.
• Hands-on Design & Execution: Creating visual layouts, print & digital mockups, and interactive design assets directly tailored to client branding and campaign goals.
• Concept & Analysis: Analyzing the business objectives and target audiences of our clients to translate them into visually compelling, high-converting interactive designs.
• Creative Collaboration: Working closely with our internal team of developers, analysts, and production partners to bridge the gap between design concepts and technical execution.
• Workshops & Training: Conducting training sessions and workshops for clients to guide them on product usage and best practices in interactive design.
• Project & Task Management: End-to-end management of client projects, timelines, assets, and design deliverables.
• Campaign Optimization: Continuously analyzing and visually optimizing ongoing marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German (both spoken and written).
• Hands-on Graphic/Visual Design Skills: Proven experience creating graphic layouts, marketing collateral, or print/digital assets (a design portfolio is required).
• Design Tool Proficiency: proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma.
• Client-Facing & Communicative: Experience or strong aptitude in customer-facing roles (consulting, agency, service, or marketing).
• Exceptional Task Management: Strong organizational talent to balance client communication, project deadlines, and hands-on design work.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Excellent analytical skills paired with a eye for detail, visual aesthetics, and user experience.
