We have two exciting roles available — one at our long-standing icon Elk Espresso in Broadbeach, and the other at our newest venture Sunnyboy Espresso in Mermaid Beach.

About Us

Elk Espresso: An upmarket 200-seater opposite the beach in Broadbeach. For 14 years, Elk has been at the forefront of the Gold Coast café scene — featured in magazines, newspapers, and online for our fresh seasonal menus, local produce, and an Elk experience people line up for daily.

Sunnyboy Espresso: Our fun, beachside café on Hedges Ave, Mermaid. Open since December, Sunnyboy is already becoming a local favourite, known for seasonal menus, specialty coffee, and personal table service — all in a vibrant, sun-soaked 80-seater by the sand.

The Role

We’re searching for an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to deliver both world-class systems and warm, memorable hospitality.

You’ll need to bring:

• Proven hospo management experience (years in the game)
• The ability to lead, inspire, and grow strong teams
• Excellent communication skills with staff and customers
• A love for detail, consistency, and lifting standards
• A natural knack for creating the kind of hospitality moments that keep people coming back
