Zusammenfassung

CROWDCONSULTANTS 360 GmbH in Austria seeks a finance business partner to act as sparring partner for the Business Unit in all financial matters and to drive P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance. You will prepare monthly reporting for senior management, review project performance with BU Program Management, and lead FP&A, CAPEX, and cost management initiatives.

Fluent English and capable German are required, with SAP FI/CO expertise and experience in aerospace/manufacturing environments

Qualifikationen

• Relevant experience in a similar controlling or finance business partnering role.
• Professional-level SAP FI/CO skills.
• Prior exposure to aerospace/manufacturing environments is a plus; experience supporting audits and CAPEX processes is valued.
• Fluency in English and good German skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive P&L, balance sheet, and free cash flow performance together with BU leadership; control the business with KPIs that ensure transparency and consistency
• Prepare and communicate monthly financial reporting to senior management, providing insights and recommendations
• Review and challenge project performance, evaluating risks and opportunities in close collaboration with BU Program Management
• Conduct cost center reviews with the BU's functional leaders and evaluate cost-improvement opportunities
• Understand the dynamics and dependencies of the unit's cash flows and drive them across the organization
• Lead financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and business planning
• Build financial models and business cases for internal initiatives, including CAPEX, and external customer projects
• Perform make-or-buy assessments and manage CAPEX processes
• Support internal and external audits by preparing financial documentation, responding to audit requests, and following up on agreed actions
