Business Process Manager – Human Resource Management (f/m/x)

Innovation, combined with craftsmanship and a genuine passion for research, forms the foundation of our success and drives everything we do.As a Business Process Manager HR (f/m/d), you analyze, design, and optimize global HR processes in close collaboration with HR, IT, and relevant interfaces along the employee lifecycle and across strategic HR topics.

Responsibilities:
  • Analysis, optimization, and harmonization of global HR processes along the employee lifecycle (e.g. recruiting, onboarding, training, talent management)
  • Implementation and support of HR digitalization projects (e.g. introduction of new tools or systems)
  • Development of concepts for process automation and efficiency improvements
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders from HR, IT, Controlling, and global leadership
  • Facilitation of workshops, support of change processes, and preparation of documentation and decision-making materials
  • Support in the development of global HR policies and standards
Requirements:
  • Completed university degree with a focus on Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Human Resource Management
  • Professional experience in process or project management, ideally with an HR focus
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and ability to work in a team

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market.
