Job summary

Kapsch Group in Vienna seeks a hands-on Business Intelligence Architect focused on ERP & Finance to shape and advance the BI landscape. You will connect ERP, BI, and related systems to enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

You will support a data warehouse modernization, automation, and AI capabilities within the BI team, working with Finance, ERP, and BI stakeholders in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on BI architecture experience with ERP/finance data.

By connecting ERP, BI, and related systems, you will contribute to the transformation of our reporting and planning environment and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will support a major transformation initiative spanning data warehouse modernization, process automation, and the enhancement of AI capabilities within the BI team.**How You'll Make an Impact*** Translate business requirements into scalable BI and data analytics solutions.* Design and maintain analytical models that enable reliable business reporting and insights.* Define and coordinate interfaces between ERP, BI, and connected systems, and create and maintain integrations to ensure reliable data flows.* Partner with Finance stakeholders and ERP and BI teams in an international environment, supporting accounting, controlling, planning, reporting, and management processes.* Support the modernization of the data warehouse environment.* Drive process improvement and automation initiatives within the BI landscape.* Contribute to the definition and implementation of AI-related business use cases within the BI landscape.**What Makes You a Great Fit*** 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.* Strong finance knowledge across accounting, controlling, reporting, and consolidation.* Hands-on experience with integrated ERP solutions, ideally Infor LN.* Experience as a BI architect, BI analyst, ERP consultant, finance manager, or in a similar role.* Proficiency in Power BI and SQL Server, including semantic modeling, reporting, and analysis.* Strong understanding of interfaces, ETL processes, data migration, and relational database structures.* Strong analytical, stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.* Interest in and initial experience with AI capabilities and data-driven innovation.* Business-fluent German and English.**Our Offer to You*** We have a unique corporate culture, driven by family tradition since 1892.
