Job summary

CycloTech GmbH is a technology startup-like company in Linz, focused on sustainable eVTOL propulsion. We seek an intern to help with market research, business cases, and marketing activities to drive commercial growth.

The role involves developing personas, market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), and supporting strategic recommendations. Flexible hours and 4–6 month internship with 30–40 hours per week are offered.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Aerospace or Innovation Management.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Interest in aviation, Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), or emerging aerospace technologies.
• Ability to independently conduct market and competitor research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
• Self-driven, curious, and comfortable in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business development topics.
• Conduct comprehensive market research on applications, locations, and key players.
• Support business cases analyses by quantifying workflows through field research and interviews.
• Build market sizing analyses: TAM, SAM, SOM.
• Assist in strategic recommendations for market entry and sales process development.
• Support development and execution of marketing activities to strengthen market presence.
• Develop categories (personas) and target group definitions for campaigns.
• Assist in creating marketing content, storytelling, website assets, and presentations.
