Who We Are

EKP Agency was founded in 2024 by Emile Kulis-Page as an alternative sales agency focused on connecting exceptional products with outstanding stores. With over a decade of experience in retail, from managing multinational brands to running independent shops, we now represent handpicked global brands in the gifting, lifestyle, and photography sectors.
Following rapid growth, we are looking for a talented individual to help us open new customer accounts and drive sales orders as our Business Development Agent.

Your Role

  • Identify and reach out to retailers who align with our brands.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Monitor product performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Occasionally attend online and in-person meetings or events, as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Self-Motivated & Organised: You’re proactive and thrive on structure.
  • Strong Social Skills: A personable communicator who builds relationships easily.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: You’re resourceful and solution-oriented.
  • Fluency in English (C2/Native): Clear and professional communication.
  • Tech-Savvy: Confident with spreadsheets, documents, and emails.
  • Location: Based in Austria with the right to work here.

Nice to Have:

  • Proficiency in German or other languages.
  • Familiarity with retail and wholesale operations.
  • Interest or knowledge in photography.
  • Ability to travel regularly to Vienna for in-person meetings.

What We Offer

  • 28 hours per month, with the freedom to choose your working hours and days (Monday to Thursday).
  • Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home.
  • Choose Your Hours: Decide when you work, as long as deadlines are met.
  • Fair Compensation: €551.10 per month, paid 14 times annually.
  • Marginal Employment: Take advantage of Austria’s geringfügige Beschäftigung scheme.
  • Fixed-Term Contract: Contract length to be agreed upon.
  • Regular Check-Ins: Participate in weekly virtual team meetings for updates and support.
