Overview

We are a leading Australian company with great experience in the A&D Flooring sector. We are seeking a dynamic and talented Business Development Manager to join our Sales and Project Consultancy team, focusing on driving growth within the Brisbane market.

Responsibilities
  • Grow sales and build strong and enduring customer relationships.
  • Visit prospects and customers in your sales area to develop relationships with key contacts in allocated sales area.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities and promote our company's product solutions.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on new products and service offerings via proactive sales calls.
  • Provide expert consultation, design, and project management, including management of delivery and installation to clients.
Qualifications / Experience
  • Past track record of sales success and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to build market intelligence to identify sales opportunities.
  • Results-driven; able to manage the sales cycle from initial prospecting through to product delivery and installation.
  • Experience in a business development role and in roles requiring relationship management and project management experience.
  • Experience in a consulting role is desirable.

$120,000 - $130,000 + Super + uncapped commissions + Car allowance
