Role: Business Development Executive

Salary: c€80-100k (maybe €120k?) + commission structure up to 7%

Location: Fully remote, perfect for someone living in either: Benelux, DACH, UK or Ireland

Employment Type: Full-time, employed directly by the consultancy

Languages: English & German are highly preferred

The role:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the manufacturing and factory sector
• Leverage your understanding of supply chain and operational excellence to present tailored consultancy solutions
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across the industry
• Create and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients
• Stay ahead of industry trends to position yourself as a trusted advisor

Requirements:

• Experience selling or providing consultancy services
• Strong track record of business development/sales
• Knowledge of manufacturing/production environments
• Professional English and German
