Business Development Coordinator (Inclusive Employment Australia) – Autism SA

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development Coordinator (IEA) to build long term relationships with employers, other organisations and teams to provide business and career opportunities.

About the Role

You’ll play a leading role in creating employment opportunities for our clients as well as the attraction of new clients and working closely with our high-performing team of Autism Employment Consultants to deliver employment outcomes for participants.

Reporting to our IEA Business Unit Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of the IEA program
  • Establishing "win-win" relationships with South Australia's employers and organisations
  • Deliver high-quality employment and customer service outcomes
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of our marketing plan
  • Contribute to NDIS program delivery and strategic business development
  • Provide accurate reporting and insights
  • Promote and uphold Autism SA’s values across all sites
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a business development role or similar within Disability Employment Services or similar employment services
  • Exceptional interpersonal, emotional intelligence and communication skills
  • Amazing influencing, persuasiveness, consultative and prospecting capability
  • A proven track record of achieving business goals through relationship building
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
  • Proficiency with Office 365, CRM systems and digital tools for reporting and record keeping
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Working with Children clearance
  • NDIS Clearance
  • Tertiary qualifications in management or a related field
  • Experience working with or supporting people with disability
