Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Vienna is seeking an Enterprise Resilience Manager to strengthen business continuity, crisis, risk, and intelligence management across the Central and Eastern Europe region.

You will lead BCM implementation, coordinate training, support regulatory compliance, and collaborate with global security teams to ensure resilient operations for people and assets across the Vienna site and the RCV region.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining BCMS aligned with ISO 22301.
• Proven crisis management experience, ideally ISO 22361.
• Knowledge of ISO 31000 risk management principles.
• Strong stakeholder management and intercultural communication.
• Fluency in English and German; willingness to travel within the RCV region.

Responsabilités

• Lead BCM framework implementation, maintenance, and improvements at the Vienna site and across the RCV region.
• Coordinate continuity planning with critical functions and conduct BCM training and exercises.
• Facilitate crisis preparedness and response, including decision-making frameworks.
• Identify trends and support Security Risk Management implementation in Vienna and RCV.
• Collaborate with units and external partners to embed BCM requirements and ensure compliance.
