We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our Store in Vienna who will report to the Retail Manager DACH.

ROLE MISSION

The Store Manager leads the stores, drives the business, manages and motivates the team, creates a unique client experience to reach sales goals and optimize productivity.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

DRIVING SALES

1. Supports team in achieving individual and team sales and clienteling targets
2. Analyzes sales figures and KPIs using available data/systems to better understand performance and sales opportunities
3. Partners with the Retail Manager to find effective solutions to maximize sales opportunities and seeks ways of improvements

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

1. Inspires trust by displaying honesty and contributes to creating and maintaining a positive environment, especially in critical situations
2. Engages and motivates the team to strive towards a common goal
3. Adapts interpersonal style to suit different people and situations and knows how to handle complaints and conflicts
4. Delegates tasks, depending on the skills and areas of responsibilities of the team members, to support their development
5. Provides constructive feedback for the development of team members and coaches them to foster accountability

STORE OPERATIONS

1. Understands and applies the company policies and procedures, and ensures team members are informed accordingly
2. Pays attention to details and strives to meet quality luxury standards
