Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in biotechnology or life sciences.
• Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Ability to create compelling scientific and technical marketing content.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, events, and PR.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven performance reporting.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Sales, and Technical teams.
• Excellent English communication skills; native-level preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and GTM strategies for product launches.
• Produce scientifically accurate and compelling marketing materials, including white papers, blogs, webinars, and videos.
• Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, events, and PR.
• Establish KPIs and utilize analytics tools to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Regular reporting of metrics to leadership and proposing next steps to align with goals.
• Manage events, owning events calendar and representation at trade shows and conferences.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels.
• Align with Product Management to ensure product messaging reflects competitor analyses and customer needs.
• Work with product managers to create and distribute sales tools for enablement.
