Eine Organisation für Flüchtlingshilfe in Wien sucht eine:n Berater:in & Community-Entwickler:in. Sie werden in der Dialog- und Gemeinschaftsarbeit tätig sein, um marginalisierte Menschen zu unterstützen und das Bewusstsein für palliative Versorgung zu fördern. **Position Details:**

• Project: LEBENSENDE IN DER FREMDE
• Start: September 2025
• Duration: Until October 2026 (with extension option)
• Hours: 15-20 hours/week (flexible)

**Project Focus:**

Dialog and community work on "not dying at home" and providing support for marginalized individuals with migration and refugee backgrounds, aiming to sensitize communities, increase awareness, access to palliative and care services, and develop supportive structures. Pilot region: Vienna.

**Your Responsibilities:**

• Create bridge services to palliative care for marginalized individuals
• Community work and social space engagement on end-of-life topics
• Participate in and deliver training for community workers
• Consultation for residents of Vienna with migration backgrounds regarding health care and prevention
• Assist with interactions with authorities (e.g., MA40, ÖGK, PVA, AMS, Sozialministeriumservice)
• Provide orientation and outlooks
• Raise awareness and build networks on end-of-life issues abroad
• Contribute to project development and expansion
