Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene technische Bauausbildung (HTL, TU, FH) erforderlich.
• Erste Berufserfahrung in der Bautechnik von Vorteil.
• Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Bauleitungsmanagements von der Ausführung bis zur Nachbesprechung.

What to Expect

• Location: Vienna / NÖ South / Burgenland
• Support construction management from site execution to post-project review, including independent project management
• Basic calculations for billing, project success accounting, and controlling
• Site measurement and billing
• Quantity surveying / preparation of specifications
• Correspondence and document management
• Direct and ongoing reporting to construction management

Your Qualifications

• Completed technical construction education (HTL-Structural Engineering, TU, FH)
• Initial work experience in construction technology preferred
• High personal commitment and teamwork skills
• Ability to think cross-disciplinary and work independently
• Solution-oriented skills

We offer an annual gross salary of €47,460, plus social benefits and allowances. Depending on experience and qualifications, overpayment is common.
