Location: Broadbeach/Southport

O BAGEL is looking for an experienced and dynamic Barista / All-Rounder Supervisor to join our team. We are searching for a bright, positive, and service-oriented individual who thrives in a busy and friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Making exceptional coffee and beverages.
• Serving and greeting customers with a big smile.
• Handling all-rounder duties, including opening and closing the shop.
• Supervising the team and ensuring smooth daily operations.

We are looking for someone with

• Essential hospitality experience.
• Previous barista experience (preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and supervising roles (preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills (preferred).
• It is preferred that you are available to work 4-5 days a week.
