• Build and maintain a strong, updated client portfolio to drive sales
• Ensure client satisfaction by upholding Balenciaga service standards
• Engage clients with authentic, long-term relationships from welcoming to after-sales
• Maintain professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork
• Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability
• Provide feedback on client activity and market trends
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
