Job description

Responsibilities

• Preparation and execution of customer visits regarding product development on state‑of‑the‑art industrial pilot plants as well as product presentations and trainings on various baking topics
• Accompaniment of international colleagues to industrial customers in the course of projects for the introduction of new products and recipes in their production lines/processes as well as technical support for troubleshooting
• Carrying out and documenting internal baking trials for ongoing product development, benchmarking with alternative products on the market, for quality tests and for raw material testing
• Conception and execution of theoretical as well as practical trainings and training of colleagues and customers
• Market observation and trend screening of consumer habits and competitor activities
• Recording of videos and product photos for good preparation of market communication and sales argumentation
• Management of raw material stocks (incl. raw material purchasing) for the Baking Center
• Maintenance of bakery machines and equipment
• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• KPI reporting to the Baking Center management
