Jobgether is seeking a Software Engineer (Enterprise Backend) for a Switzerland-based team building a cloud-native platform. You’ll design, implement, and operate backend services in Go, focusing on reliability, scalability, and security for large organizations.

You will own features end-to-end, work on migrations, observability, performance optimizations, and collaborate with product, platform, QA, and design to deliver an operator-friendly production experience.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Production Go experience; strong concurrency understanding (goroutines, channels, sync).
• Comfortable with SQL, relational databases, migrations and schema changes.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills, with persistence in solving complex problems.

Aufgaben

• Build and ship backend features end to end, including design, implementation, testing, and production rollout.
• Design and implement database migrations with reliable schema upgrades.
• Develop observability, reporting, and audit capabilities for administrators.
