The role demands a hands-on mindset, a good eye for design, and fluency in German and English. You will collaborate across a small, international team and contribute to events, content, and campaigns with a focus on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of broad experience in marketing and related areas.
• Hands-on mentality with ownership to move initiatives forward.
• Good eye for design, brand and quality.
• Confidence with digital marketing tools, CMS, analytics, and social media.
• Creativity and performance thinking; strong communication and collaboration.
• Fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• Work across the full marketing mix: content, social, online marketing and events.
• Support and execute B2B marketing campaigns focused on lead and demand generation.
• Grow LinkedIn presence: editorial planning, content publishing, community management.
• Create marketing materials: graphics, visuals, social posts, and simple videos.
• Plan and execute trade shows, events and B2B seminars.
• Track trends and platform updates; propose new ideas.
• Coordinate with external agencies and manage briefing/delivery.
• Analyze campaigns and derive learnings for continuous improvement.
