We are seeking an EASA-certified B2 avionics engineer to provide training (theoretical & practical instructions). This role involves relocation to Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver both theoretical and practical instruction for aircraft maintenance personnel and specialists in accordance with EASA Part 147/66 and applicable EASA regulations.
- Conduct technical training sessions for internal personnel within the organization.
- Define and maintain customer-specific course documentation, including the development and updating of examinations.
- Develop, produce, implement, and continuously update technical training materials.
- Perform supporting tasks related to the training environment, such as maintaining and updating hands-on training components, software, and hardware.
Qualifications
- Qualified Aircraft Avionic (B2) Engineer or Electronic Engineer holding a valid EASA certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an aircraft avionic engineer or technical instructor.
- Basic pedagogical and didactical skills, along with a strong interest in teaching and training.
- Proficiency in German (minimum level C1) and English (minimum level B2).
- Willingness to travel internationally on an irregular basis for training assignments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
