Job summary

CAE Inc. in Vienna (Schwechat) invites applications for a Supporting Crew Member at our new state‑of‑the‑art training centre. You will support simulator sessions, prepare training materials, and assist with regulatory documentation to ensure smooth course delivery.

From the Training Services team, you will contribute to operational tasks and trainee registrations while collaborating with instructors and the Training Manager. This is a full‑time on‑site role in Schwechat with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hold or have held a Multi Engine Instrument Rating (A)
• Advanced UPRT course completion certificate
• MCC Certificate
• ATPL Theory passes 70 hrs PIC on aeroplanes

Responsibilities

• Simulator training sessions, including briefings, simulator events, and debriefings.
• Prepare training folders for upcoming courses.
• Invigilate examinations or assessments.
• Print and organize training records and regulatory documents.
• Register trainees for Ground School in RISE.
• Provide administrative support to the Training Services team.
• Support the management team with operational tasks.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Training Manager.
