Sonova in Austria seeks an Audiology Innovation Manager to lead audiological input across a product portfolio and bridge clinical expertise, product development, and marketing to deliver meaningful benefits for hearing care professionals and consumers.

You will collaborate with R&D, Business Units, Solutions Management, and marketing to shape development, validate claims, and prepare launch materials, training content, and audience-friendly resources for regional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Clinical experience in hearing aid fitting and rehabilitation.
• Deep understanding of audiological and clinical principles, information and practices.
• Strong training, presentation, and writing skills.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, audience-appropriate content.
• Experience working effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
• Strong planning, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WordPress, with abilities in data analysis using Excel and dashboards.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the audiological application specialist for an assigned product portfolio.
• Build a deep understanding of how products are fitted and used and their audiological performance.
• Collaborate with R&D, Business Units, and Marketing to shape product and feature development.
• Define audiological claims and contribute to validation studies and post-market follow-up.
• Ensure audiological accuracy of product marketing content.
• Create training materials, insights, and demonstration tools for launches and campaigns.
• Deliver train-the-trainer sessions with regional teams for deployment.
• Identify learning needs and translate technical information into learning resources.
• Monitor market trends and competitor solutions relevant to the portfolio.
• Contribute to scientific communications and data insights.
• Build relationships with internal and external experts and Care networks.
