Job summary

Red Bull Athlete Performance GmbH seeks an Athlete Experience & Visit Coordinator to plan visits, coordinate performance activities and ensure a world-class athlete journey. You will work with APC specialists and external partners, maintain athlete profiles, and support operations, budgets, and documentation while delivering exceptional service and clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Sports Management, Healthcare or related field.
• Experience in operations, coordination, or project management in sports/healthcare hospitality.
• Excellent organizational skills with structured, reliable approach and detail orientation.
• Empathetic and service-oriented personality focused on athlete experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across teams.
• English required; German is a strong advantage; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• ATHLETE EXPERIENCE & VISIT COORDINATION: Plan, organize, and coordinate athlete visits, including appointments, schedules, and last-minute adjustments.
• Be a trusted point of contact for athletes before, during, and after their visits, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
• Anticipate athlete needs, proactively solve challenges, and help create a welcoming, world-class environment.
• Collect athlete feedback and contribute ideas to continuously improve the athlete journey.
• PERFORMANCE PLANNING & COORDINATION: Coordinate athlete performance visits, ensuring smooth planning and delivery of assessments, training sessions, and interdisciplinary services.
• Work closely with APC specialists to align individual performance plans, schedules, and athlete needs.
• Support the coordination of medical assessments, rehabilitation activities, and external healthcare partners when needed.
• Maintain accurate athlete profiles, performance records, and relevant documentation, ensuring reliable information sharing and follow-up.
• COMMUNICATION AND TEAM COLLABORATION: Connect athletes, APC specialists, and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone has the right information at the right time.
• Prepare and share relevant athlete information, visit briefings, reports, and documentation to support effective teamwork.
• Actively participate in team meetings and facilitate smooth communication across departments.
• Build strong, trusting relationships and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
• OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE AND TEAM SUPPORT: Take ownership of daily operational tasks, ensuring reliable execution, clear processes, and consistently high service standards.
• Support the coordination of internal projects, meetings, and organizational activities across the APC.
• Assist with administrative processes, including external partner coordination, invoicing, and cost tracking.
• Support colleagues across Athlete and Business Operations, including providing coverage when needed, to keep the team running smoothly.
