Zusammenfassung

CARBAGAS AG is seeking an ASU Maintenance Manager (m/f/d, 100%) for our Wiler bei Utzenstorf plant. You will plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of the ASU to ensure safe, reliable operations.

You will lead maintenance projects, drive improvements, and maintain documentation, while participating in on-call duties to secure uninterrupted gas supply. The role requires completed technical education (FH/HF), plus maintenance experience in a process-oriented

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education (FH/HF) in mechanical, electrical, process engineering or related field.
• Maintenance experience in a process-oriented industrial environment (e.g., chemical, petrochemical, gas plant).
• Understanding of chemical/process engineering technologies (compressors, pumps, turbines, distillation columns, pneumatics, hydraulics).
• English is a MUST, German is a strong plus.

Aufgaben

• Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for the ASU.
• Ensure safe, reliable, quality-compliant, efficient operation of plant maintenance.
• Coordinate technical modifications and projects on site with TAR management support.
• Drive continuous process improvements and optimize operations.
• Maintain plant documentation including operating manuals and SOPs.
• Participate in on-call rotation to secure gas supply and troubleshoot promptly.
• Act as deputy of the plant manager when needed.
