What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating your team during shifts to deliver exceptional service
• Ensuring our fresh, high-quality food offerings meet brand and safety standards
• Overseeing stock levels, inventory management, and daily cash handling
• Driving compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
• Supporting the management team in building a positive and high-performing team culture

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Previous supervisory experience
• Ability to supervise staff and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong cash, stock and labour control skills
• ASIC security pass (apply at time of contract)
• Access to your own reliable transport & a valid driving licence
