This position reports to

Project Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide administrative services and secretarial assistance at an organizational or business level. You will perform complex administrative tasks daily and take ownership of delivering specific business processes or programs. The work model for this role is marginal employment.

Main responsibilities include:

• Researching project assignments at the customer's site via telephone
• Entering phone call information into Salesforce
• Updating project data in Salesforce
• Communicating results to sales colleagues

Qualifications for the Role

• Proficiency with MS Office, with advanced knowledge
• Enjoys communicating with customers by phone
• Very good knowledge of German is mandatory; good knowledge of English is preferred
