Overview

A great opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. This role includes weekend penalties and monthly paid commissions.

Responsibilities
  • Achieving monthly budgeted sales through effective team leadership
  • Meeting targeted KPI’s
  • Complete administration tasks
  • Identifying and satisfying customers’ needs
  • Cash handling, use of cash register, daily reconciliation and banking
  • Store layout and presentation, visual merchandising
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within a retail management position or similar role
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and budgets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with staff and clients
  • Creative flair with an eye for detail
  • Professional approach
