About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites. This role is key to ensuring client satisfaction, compliance with company standards, and the smooth day-to-day running of cleaning services. The position requires flexibility, with occasional intra- and interstate travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed client and company KPIs
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients and management
• Supervise on-site cleaning staff to ensure service standards are consistently achieved
• Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to company policies and workplace procedures
• Perform regular quality audits and implement improvements where necessary
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and Occupational Health & Safety requirements

About You

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate with sound reporting and administrative ability
• Highly organised, dependable, and able to use initiative
