Henkel invites a full-time six-month internship in Vienna to join the Commercial Excellence team. You will support project management and business analytics, turning data into actionable recommendations for decision-makers and dashboards in Excel and Power BI.

We seek an active student in Business Administration, Engineering, or Business Analytics with strong English, analytical skills, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Active student of Business Administration, Engineering, Business Analytics or related studies.
• Strong English language skills and advanced communication abilities required.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Active part in a global team supporting commercial decision-making through data and analytics.
• Development, maintenance and continuous improvement of dashboards and analytical tools in Excel and Power BI for global sales pipelines, partnerships, customers and projects.
• Translate business requirements into KPIs, data analyses and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with international commercial teams and senior management to define reporting requirements and data standards.
• Analyze, validate and consolidate CRM, sales, customer, project and partnership data for data quality.
• Prepare actionable insights and recommendations for international stakeholders.
