Job summary

Henkel's Commercial Excellence team seeks a motivated intern to support project management and business analytics in an international setting. You will transform data into actionable recommendations using Excel and Power BI, helping drive strategic decisions across global teams.

The role targets a 6-month internship starting December 2026, open to students in Business Administration, Engineering or Business Analytics, with strong English and data skills, and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

Active student in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Analytics or related studies.
Strong English language skills and advanced communication are required.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling) and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Support commercial decision-making for Infrastructure Protection and Repair through data and analytics.
Develop, maintain and improve dashboards and analytical tools in Excel and Power BI for global sales pipelines and projects.
Translate business requirements into KPIs, data analyses and visualizations for strategic decisions.
Collaborate with international teams and senior management to define reporting requirements and data standards.
Analyze and consolidate CRM, sales, customer and project data to ensure data quality and consistency.
Prepare actionable insights and recommendations for international stakeholders.
