Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Luftfracht- und Frachtweiterleitungsbranche.
• Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben zu priorisieren und Fristen einzuhalten.

Aufgaben

• Verwaltung der Dateierstellung und aller Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Frachtweiterleitung.
• Überwachung der Dateien auf Compliance und rechtzeitige Rechnungsstellung.

We are hiring highly motivated forwarding professionals to our Airfreight branch in Linz!

Responsibilities:

1. Manage file creation and all services associated with freight forwarding
2. Monitor/audit files weekly for compliance of estimate input, profit margin setting and timely invoicing
3. Assist clients in their day by day requests related to export/import documentation in order to ensure proper execution to the transportation files
4. Provide clients with complete Flight details in order to ensure proper flow in information is guaranteed
5. Liaise with Airlines in order to procure the best possible solutions (capacity and cost)
6. Liaise with DP World internal Network and external Partner Agents
7. Network with your fellow regional Operations colleagues to ensure proper support is given in case of workflow overload

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experienced in freight forwarding, supply chain or a similar discipline
2. Minimum 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding industry with a focus on Air Freight
3. Ability to drive strong execution of initiatives, ensuring that the Countries get things right the first time through questioning, analyzing, planning and follow-up
4. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlines
5. Intermediate computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
6. Language skills in both English and German (minimum Level B2)
