• Fluent in English; German or Hungarian knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for AI tool queries and onboarding.
• Support rollout and adoption of AI tools across university operations.
• Create guidance, docs, and training materials for AI use.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops on AI tools and governance.
• Monitor AI platform, log issues, and escalate problems.
• Collect user feedback for service improvement.
