Mastercard Advisors & Consulting Services in Strategy & Transformation is building an AI-native consulting profile to translate frontier AI capabilities into measurable client outcomes across payments, banking, and commerce.

You will lead AI delivery, advise C-level stakeholders on AI strategy and governance, and structure programs for regional and international clients, ensuring practical, data-driven results with a strong emphasis on Responsible AI.

Qualifikationen

• Quantitative degree in CS/DS/Engineering/Math/Physics and business acumen.
• Five years of full-time experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or BI.

Aufgaben

• Lead AI delivery and act as client-facing AI subject-matter expert, translating business problems into AI/agentic solution architectures.
• Advise C-level stakeholders on AI strategy, operating-model design, data & tech foundations, and governance.
• Structure projects, conduct analyses, synthesize findings, and lead internal and client meetings.
• Champion rapid experimentation with build–test–learn cycles and embed Responsible AI principles.
