Mistral, a leader in full-stack AI solutions, seeks a highly qualified researcher to design and run large-scale simulation campaigns and to train AI models on physics data. You will build tools for automated data creation, manage simulation pipelines, and evaluate model performance against industry standards.

You will collaborate with the science team on training runs, diagnose failure modes, and steer research projects and client communications with engineering groups.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in physics or engineering required.
• 5+ years of industry experience in Automotive, Aerospace or Semiconductors.
• Interest in machine learning and ML integration with simulation.
• Able to explain complex simulation concepts to both engineers and non‑technical audiences.

• Design and run large-scale simulation campaigns using domain-specific solvers.
• Run training of AI models on physics data with rigorous evaluation.
