Job summary

TourRadar is seeking an AI-first marketer to own positioning and campaigns for our B2C products. You will lead the thinking on tone, content, and live assets, working with Claude Code and internal tools to accelerate marketing outcomes.

You will build scalable AI workflows to replace repetitive tasks, while maintaining rigorous measurement and a focus on driving bookings for our marketplace. This role reports to the Director of Lifecycle and CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience crafting and leading AI-first marketing strategies.
• Ability to define positioning, tone, and live content across channels.
• Strong measurement mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead product marketing for B2C launches: positioning, messaging, and assets.
• Maintain momentum across emails, landing pages, social content, and reporting.
• Automate repetitive marketing tasks using AI workflows and agents.
• Measure campaigns end-to-end and drive bookings for the marketplace.
