Siemens Energy is seeking a Financial Analyst for Energy Projects to bridge finance, strategy, and AI-enabled transformation. You will support commercial bid and proposal activities, build and refine financial models, and drive digital workflows across the portfolio.

The role emphasizes analyzing costs, developing AI-powered processes with tools like Copilot, and collaborating with Sales, IT, and regional teams to deliver profitable, compliant proposals.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of professional experience in finance, controlling, bid management, sales finance, or a comparable function.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including financial analysis, pricing strategies, budgeting, and commercial decision support.
• Professional proficiency in English and German, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Execute and improve sales calculations and financial models for energy project bids to ensure profitable proposals.
• Develop AI-enabled financial workflows and automation to enhance productivity and decision quality.
