AVILOO GmbH is seeking a senior creative and campaign leader to steer our in-house team across UX, graphic, and digital/video assets. You will manage briefs, timelines, and quality, ensuring on-brand output across channels.

You will partner with Growth Marketing to drive paid media, SEO, email, and web shop campaigns while championing AI-enabled processes and new formats. English fluency is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience in campaign management, creative production, or marketing project management.
• Bachelor or Master in marketing, communication, design, or equivalent.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to critique, art-direct, and contribute hands-on when needed.
• Proven experience leading integrated, cross-team campaigns with scope management under pressure.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the in-house creative unit (UX design, graphic design, digital/video assets).
• Own project management from brief to wrap for cross-channel campaigns.
• Partner with Growth Marketing to plan demand engine activities and creative output.
• Oversee campaign production, asset portfolio, and quality control."
• Raise our game in video and modern media formats (short-form, social-first).
• Incorporate AI into the creative process and ensure smart tooling adoption.
• Manage a small team from day one and coordinate multiple campaigns.
