Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced consultant to bridge customer needs with product delivery for DACH clients. You will capture requirements, run discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders, and translate needs into user stories and functional specs.

You will map requirements to product capabilities, review core banking system APIs, and lead training sessions for end users. Familiarity with AI tooling and enterprise SaaS implementations will be highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of consulting experience (Big-4, boutique strategy/tech, or implementation consulting).
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable reading API documentation and understanding integration patterns.
• AI-native: familiarity with modern AI tooling as part of workflow.
• Action-oriented with ability to deliver in ambiguity.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations and integrations.
• Familiarity with the European mortgage market or financial services is a plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Aufgaben

• Capture and structure customer requirements bridging customer needs and product capabilities.
• Run discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Document requirements clearly and in a structured way.
• Map requirements to product, identify out-of-the-box features vs configuration vs engineering needs.
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specs.
• Review integration points and API documentation of core banking systems.
• Provide recommendations on integration methods and configuration.
• Lead training sessions for end users and customer champions.
• Utilize AI tools to scaffold documentation and automate processes.
