Your main roles and responsibilites
- Coach and support multiple development teams in agile methodologies, including the role as Agile Coach
- Be responsible for promoting an agile work culture and mindset
- Shape and improve our working methods and processes to increase efficiency and innovation
- Identify and resolve conflicts and impediments to ensure continuous development and productivity
- Organize and facilitate agile events, including workshops, retrospectives, and strategy and planning meetings
- Work closely with our Product Owners, Scrum Masters and other relevant stakeholders to support the strategic direction and product vision
You are just right for this role if
- you have already gained experience as an agile coach or in a comparable agile leadership role
- you have a strong organizational talent and excellent communication and moderation skills
- you enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and have a strong knowledge of human nature
- you are interested in Scrum, Kanban and Flight Levels and enjoy working with them
- ideally you have completed coaching training
- you have excellent communication skills in German and English (C1 level or higher)
