• Report findings to key stakeholders (Performance Director, Aerodynamic Development, Track Engineering).
• Advance aerodynamic modeling techniques and associated software tools.
• Collaborate with the Wind Tunnel Methodology group and Aero Analytics on testing strategy and aero map generation.

Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

Your profile

• BSc, MSc or PhD in Aerospace Engineering or Motorsport with aerodynamics focus
• Proven F1 experience in an aerodynamicist or aero performance engineering role (experience in other top-tier motorsport series also valued)
• Strong knowledge of aerodynamic measurement techniques
• Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python programming
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure with strong attention to detail
• Solid understanding of current Formula 1 aerodynamic principles and car design
• Willingness to travel to race events and test sessions
• Fluent English; German language skills a plus
