  • Electronic communication (monitoring, forwarding, writing, and sending emails)
  • Scheduling appointments (emergency, specialist consultations, day clinic)
  • Patient registration (reception administration for emergency, specialist, and day clinic)
  • Answering and transferring phone calls, managing calls independently
