The South Australian Salaried Medical Officers Association (SASMOA) is seeking an Administration & Membership Co-Ordinator to join our small, professional team at Norwood.

SASMOA represents doctors working in South Australia’s public hospitals and health services. We are a respected professional association providing advocacy, advice and support to more than 3,000 members. Learn more at www.sasmoa4doctors.com.au.

About the role

This is a varied role working closely with the Chief Industrial Officer and the Finance & Administration Manager, providing day-to-day support across administration, membership services, and office coordination.

This is an excellent and rare career opportunity with a professional services organisation (office positions with us don\'t become available often!).

Your workday in a nutshell:

  • Reception duties and general office administration
  • Maintaining and updating the membership database
  • Meeting and greeting members and visitors to the office
  • Preparing and supporting meetings, including catering and logistics
  • Managing office supplies and placing orders
  • Printing, scanning and binding important records
  • Assisting the CEO and Finance & Administration Manager with correspondence, scheduling and records
