Zusammenfassung

DO & CO, headquartered in Vienna, seeks a seasoned accounting leader to manage a diverse team across international event catering, restaurants, lounges and hotels. You will oversee invoicing, accounts receivable and the preparation of financial statements, while driving automation and digitalisation initiatives.

The role requires a higher commercial education, strong numerical skills, and fluency in German and English. A hands-on, proactive, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Completed higher commercial education (HAK, FH, Uni).
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position would be an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility and assertive, charismatic personality.
• Professional communication skills in German and English.
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working.
• Enjoy team and project work.
• High hands-on mentality and strong numerical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally experience in working with Business Central 365.

Aufgaben

• Technical and disciplinary management of the team.
• Responsibility for invoicing and accounts receivable in the areas of International Event Catering, Restaurants, Lounges and Hotel.
• Collaboration in the ongoing invoicing and accounts receivable accounting process.
• Preparation of outgoing invoices to national and international customers.
• Posting of bank and cash vouchers and outgoing invoices.
• Collaboration on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Ongoing process improvements in the area of automation and digitalisation.
