We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administration Manager to join our Electrical team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial and administrative functions.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a small office with a variety of jobs and is confident in using industry-specific software to streamline processes and maintain accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities using Xero / Simpro and Google Business Suite
  • Administrative duties, attending to calls, emails, processing orders, document preparation, invoicing / receipting, data entry, managing service calls and scheduling jobs.
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Debt collection and Bank reconciliations
  • Setup and maintain new and existing customers and suppliers
  • Create and maintain new quotes / jobs, scheduling and managing job workflow as required.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounts administration role
  • Experience using SimPRO software is essential
  • Experience using Xero software is favorable.
  • Previous experience working in electrical industry is favorable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable and hard-working with good customer service skills
  • Proficient in Google Business Suite (Docs, Drive, Sheets, and Gmail)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
