We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administration Manager to join our Electrical team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities using Xero / Simpro and Google Business Suite
- Administrative duties, attending to calls, emails, processing orders, document preparation, invoicing / receipting, data entry, managing service calls and scheduling jobs.
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Debt collection and Bank reconciliations
- Setup and maintain new and existing customers and suppliers
- Create and maintain new quotes / jobs, scheduling and managing job workflow as required.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounts administration role
- Experience using SimPRO software is essential
- Experience using Xero software is favorable.
- Previous experience working in electrical industry is favorable.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and hard-working with good customer service skills
- Proficient in Google Business Suite (Docs, Drive, Sheets, and Gmail)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
