Your Role as Account Executive:

You’ll take full ownership of the DACH market—leading both new business acquisition and growing existing accounts.

  • Manage full sales cycle: inbound & outbound, renewals & expansion deals.
  • Target public sector and mid-market clients in the DACH region (Education, Finance and Banking, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with a hands-on Sales Director and high-performing team of other 4 AEs.
  • Travel occasionally for industry events (~5x/year).

Who You Are:

  • Experience: You bring 2+ years in B2B commercial roles (ideally in SaaS) and at least 1 year of closing experience.
  • Personality/Soft-Skills: Proactive, coachable, humble, and growth-driven.Tea
