We are seeking an "Account Development Manager (m/f/d) Sensing Solutions" to grow Honeywell's HSS business in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland by selling aligned product solutions and new product families.

Your responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities with OEM accounts, developing and closing new business, and expanding relationships to position us as a leading sensing and switching product supplier. You will serve as an interface between customer needs, product management, and sales teams.

We offer a home office setup with opportunities to work at other Honeywell locations near customer bases.

Your Profile

  • Degree in electronics, industrial engineering, mechanics, or similar with experience in technical sales
  • Experience in sales, application engineering, product management, or development with OEM contact
  • Proven track record in acquiring OEM customers and contacts at management level
  • Experience in sensors and switches markets, with specific knowledge in areas like Speed and Position Sensing, Pressure Sensing, Environmental Sensing, and Switching Technology
  • Technical knowledge in Industrial Automation, Aerospace, Defense, Healthcare, Transportation, and sensor technologies is highly valued
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Strong growth orientation and initiative driving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills
  • Ability to succeed in large matrix organizations, with a passion for teamwork and international collaboration
  • High self-motivation, result-oriented, customer-centric, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel, with at least 50% customer-facing time
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
