About the Role

We are developing a revolutionary AI-powered recruiting platform focused on KMUs and innovative communication. As a key technical team member, you will work closely with the CEO and a team of ten to shape the future of recruiting technology.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop backend components for our SaaS platform, including scrapers, matching algorithms, chatbots, and GenKI modules.
  • Integrate and enhance AI modules for text generation, semantic matching, and predictive analytics.
  • Build and optimize scalable database infrastructure, including vector databases.
  • Develop efficient data processing workflows, including ETL, NLP normalization, and semantic search logic.
  • Collaborate with the AI strategy team on the technical implementation of the ScharfStrategy Engine.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with experience in:

  • Multiple programming and scripting languages such as Javascript, Python, C#/C++, and backend frameworks like PHP, Django, Flask.
  • Machine Learning & NLP expertise, including LLMs, semantic matching, and explainable AI.
  • Experience with vector databases (e.g., PGVector, FAISS) and database optimization (Postgres, MariaDB).
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture (Azure Functions), containerization (Docker), and API design.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute creatively in an agile team environment.
