Kainos is expanding its Smart Product Suite capability in Argentina. As a Test Consultant, you will lead customer engagements, provide expert guidance on SmartTM, and help organisations maximise Workday testing strategy.

You will combine customer consulting, testing knowledge, and product understanding to deliver high-quality outcomes while mentoring colleagues and supporting the growth of Product Services in Argentina.

Formación

• Experience in software implementation, quality assurance, testing or customer-facing tech roles.
• Experience with Workday, payroll, HR or finance domains is desirable.
• Ability to lead workshops, demonstrations and customer discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer engagements and ensure alignment with objectives and testing strategies.
• Design, build, and optimise SmartTM test packs for Workday projects.
• Deliver workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Mentor Associates and junior Consultants to support team growth.
