Wonderful is seeking a senior technical leader in Argentina to own the technical pre-sales dialogue and architecture discussions. You will ship code, build integrations, and set high engineering standards while guiding a regional team spanning engineering, integrations, and pre-sales.

You will drive end-to-end customer deployments, translate feedback into product localization, and act as the regional technical point of contact with the global Product team.

Formación

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proven track record in pre-sales, solution architecture, or complex technical implementations.
• Customer-facing background in roles like Site CTO, Solutions Architect, or Deployed Engineer.
• Strong leadership DNA, ideally founder experience.
• Excellent English (written and spoken) plus fluency in at least one local language.
• Ability to operate independently in a zero-to-one environment and build from scratch.
• Experience thriving in a fast-moving startup where speed and ownership matter.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience - you’ve built things that actually shipped

• Proven track record in pre-sales, solution architecture, or complex technical implementations

• Customer-facing background in roles like Site CTO, Solutions Architect, or Deployed Engineer - you know how to speak both tech and business

• Strong leadership DNA - ideally with Founder experience

• Excellent English (written and spoken) plus fluency in at least one local language

• Comfortable operating independently in a zero-to-one environment - building the plan, the team, and the system from scratch

• Experience thriving in a fast-moving startup where speed and ownership matter more than titles
